as the title says we need to sereiosly get him demoded and fast before he does something else stupid like ban somebody for no reason or give a warning out for saying idiot who is with me and aggress with me cause it needs to be done

He could still kick JohnB off. Believe it or not, Tom Rice still owns BOTH halfs. John is just in control of it, doesn't mean he owns it. Their is a way to get John out of his positions, but it would mean giving John his money back....because Tom is still in total control, and he is the COMPLETE administator of the site, he could still ban John and give him his money back.
